Seeds For Growth

Living generates dilemmas.  They may be simple – “I don’t know what to wear today” – or profound -“I’m not sure how to love you and myself, too”.   Sometimes our response to dilemmas disrupts our focus, our desire to relate, and can even challenge our ability to find rest or satisfaction.

However, our responses to dilemmas both simple and profound are also seeds for growth, providing new ground for explorations in how we act and know ourselves, offering new possibilities for how we choose to form our lives.

Opportunities for growth emerge when we recognize our familiar actions and responses, and engage these patterns to form new possibilities for behaving.  This process takes effort.  I would like to support you in this effort, to help you in forming new choices, and in developing practical steps toward living a more satisfying life.
