Somatic Seminars

Somatic Seminars offer a body-focused and supportive setting for the exploration of fundamental principles of somatic psychotherapy, and the questions generated by client work.  Each meeting will include an overview of a fundamental principle of working somatically, then applying this principle to practical aspects of client work.  The aim is participants’ development of a deep understanding and clear methodology for working with and through the body as dynamic process, enriching the possibilities for growth for both clinician and client.

Somatic Seminars are open to those working with an orientation to the body, including somatic psychotherapists, body workers, and other somatic practitioners.

The group will meet bi-weekly and is limited to 8 participants.  Commitment to the entire series is optimal, ensuring continuity in the group and the opportunity for more supportive and consistent development.  A discounted rate is available for payment for the entire series.
